Placing an order on noaluxshop.com is very easy. Just follow these steps:

Step 1

Click the ‘add to cart’ button to place your sign in the shopping bag.

Step 2

Once you are done shopping you can click the cart icon in the upper right corner. By clicking ‘view cart’ you can check the items in your bag. If you’re happy with your items, you can click on ‘checkout’.

Step 3

You have the option to enter your email address and password if you’re a new customer. If you log in next time you are able to check your order details. Fill in your delivery and billing address.

Step 4

Choose a payment method

Step 5

Click on ‘place order’

An email confirmation will be sent to your registered email address to let you know your order details. It’s worth checking Noalux is marked as a safe sender in your email account or check your junk mail as our emails may be routed there automatically. Once your order is shipped another e-mail will be sent with your track & trace code.

All our signs are handmade, therefore the estimated delivery time for our ready-made signs varies from 5 working days to 3-4 weeks. You can find the estimated delivery time of your product on the product page.

For custom signs, the delivery time is based on your request. Contact our customer care team to get more information about our custom delivery dates.

How does your delivery work?

  • Once your order is shipped a confirmation e-mail with a track & trace code will be send to your e-mail address
  • At the moment we ship to all the EU countries, the UK and the US. Shipping costs are calculated on the checkout page

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you can return ordered items to us within 14 days.

Follow the following procedure:
1. Put the items in the original packaging together with the return form.
2. Write the return address on the package
3. Take your return parcel to the nearest Post Office. Please remember to get proof of postage.
4. When we receive the parcel, we will confirm this via e-mail. This may take up to 10 days.

We will fully refund the purchase price within 14 days after having received your returned product. The refund will also contain a reimbursement for shipping costs. We reimburse shipping costs up to €6,50.


Your warranty period is valid for 1 year from the date of the purchase from our website. The warranty is valid given that the sign is only used in accordance with our guidelines for the product, including the product’s user manuals and technical specifications. If the products become damaged through normal use, you are entitled to a replacement product.
