LED neon is an alternative to traditional glass neon. LED neon signs are made of a PVC or silicon jacket with LED’s inside, which are lots of tiny individual bulbs. LED neon signs are not made using neon gas inside glass tubes as traditional neon signs are. LED neon signs are eco-friendly, dimmable and almost unbreakable while still having that traditional, retro look we like.

Our graphic design team creates the digital designs for our lights. These designs are converted to the actual signs by hand. Each light is a unique piece of art, handmade with love. If you’re lucky, you’ll see the characteristic artifacts of the artist’s handiwork. No two signs are ever 100% the same.

All our lights are made of sustainable LED – they all have a very long lifespan, emit very little heat and are free of harmful gases. All our signs are low voltage products which use very little energy to produce their eye-catching glow.

All our signs are dimmable. If you would like to control the brightness of your sign you can order a LED Neon Dimmer in our shop.

Maybe you have seen an affordable neon sign at your local department store, flea market or discount store. Most of the neon we see here is ‘produced’ in large quantities. These neon lights are manufactured hundreds at a time by using standard tools. At Noalux all our products are made by hand with love and care by high-quality standards. We don’t use any ‘mass-production’ techniques to manufacture our signs. Every sign is a unique item and a piece of art.

The colored tube of the LED neon sign is the same shade turned on as turned off. A sign with a pink tube has a pink glow, a sign with a white tube has a white glow, etc. We’ve made sure all the signs look cool turned on and off.

Our signs do not get hot. They are all made of flexible LED and emit very little to no heat, making them safe to touch.

Your warranty period is valid for 1 year from the date of the purchase from our website. The warranty is valid given that the sign is only used in accordance with our guidelines for the product, including the product’s user manuals and technical specifications.

We will add the correct amount of screws, bolts, and plugs with your order to mount your sign to the wall. Furthermore, you will need a drill with an 8mm bit and a pencil. See steps to mount your sign to the wall here.

Before assembly, make sure that there is an accessible power supply nearby into which the adapter can be connected.

1. Place the neon light (A) against the wall. Draw two marks using a pencil to indicate the drilling holes.
2. Drill two holes into the wall with an 8mm bit.
3. Insert the two wall plugs (D) into the wall.
4. Unscrew the two bolts (B) from their sleeve nuts (B).
5. Insert two screws (C) completely into the sleeve nuts (B).
6. Fasten both screws (C) into the wall plugs (D).
7. Attach the neon light (A) to the wall and fasten two bolts (B) into the sleeve nuts (B).
